The Assistant Account Manager will assist the Private Client practice in supporting day-to-day client management transactions. In addition, this role will provide primary support on ad hoc projects and serve as the liaison between external and internal resources to ensure superior service is provided to clients. Your Impact Building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external clients by assisting the Private Client Account Executives and Producers and responding to client/carrier communications as assigned Leveraging Personal Lines insurance knowledge and expertise to actively assist in servicing existing accounts Fostering an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications Nurturing professional relationships with carriers with consistent carrier contact Participating in the retention of renewal business by supporting the Private Client Account Executives with interacting with Producers to prepare applications, underwriting data and related information in the marketing of personal insurance products Ensuring the client has continuous and proper coverage by assisting the Private Client Account Managers assigned to the client. This includes quoting/remarketing of PCS accounts, processing of endorsements, recommendation/requirement follow up, billing related inquiries, Auto ID Cards, policy/quote/binder checking, and providing summaries of insurance/certificates. Successful Candidate Will Have 1 - 3 years’ experience of Personal Lines client management experience Valid P&C brokers’ license College degree preferred Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360, Work Smart and EPIC preferred Knowledge of Personal Lines underwriting, coverage, procedures Risk Strategies is the 9th largest privately held U.S. brokerage firm offering comprehensive risk management advice, insurance and reinsurance placement for property & casualty, employee benefits, private client services, as well as consulting services and financial & wealth solutions. Pay Range: $17.78 - $28.00 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
