Business Development bij STILL betekent uitblinken in Digital, Development en Desk Account Management. Met jouw commerciële skills breng je de markt van prospects in kaart en weet jij deals te sluiten bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Je hebt in deze functie direct impact op de groei van STILL in Nederland en België. Over de functie: Als Business Developer maak je deel uit van het Business Development Team. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om de markt van potentiële klanten in kaart te brengen. Je zoekt, vindt, en target (warme en koude) leads op basis van inbound en outbound marketing campagnes. Je krijgt hierin alle vertrouwen en vrijheid om ondernemerschap te tonen. En je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor potentiële klanten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de procesbegeleiding van lead tot order. Je wordt hierin op professionele wijze ondersteund door de Business Development Specialist met wie je ook samenwerkt. Tasks and Qualifications: Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Identificeren en kwalificeren van prospects, key decision makers en het achterhalen van hun behoefte en budget; Opvolging van inbound leads via diverse tools zoals, telefoon, e-mail en sociale kanalen; Het zelfstandig sluiten van deals bij bestaande en nieuwe accounts volgens Sales Flow Management® process; Het realiseren van cross-selling & upselling bij bestaande accounts; Het kwalificeren van leads en het maken van (demo-)afspraken voor je collega (Key) Accountmanagers; Het voeren van online adviesgesprekken met beïnvloeders en beslissers bij potenti ë le klanten; Sales Funnel Management en een correcte opvolging in CRM. Profiel: Een bachelor diploma in een commerciële richting; 2-5 jaar werkervaring in een commerci ë le (verkoop) binnendienst functie of soortgelijk; Commerciële drive en werken met targets is voor jou vertrouwd; Uitstekende communicatieve en overtuigende vaardigheden; Ervaring met cross channel aanpak, door de inzet multi-channel marketing.
