Over 15,000 people have selected to work for us in more than 40 countries, meeting our customers’ most demanding needs for pipes and fitting systems in building, infrastructure, industrial and agriculture sectors.    As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are focused on increasing the percentage of recycled content in our products and reducing the carbon footprint of our manufacturing processes.    We are looking for passionate people that want to be part of our journey and embrace the  behaviors  that we at Aliaxis stand for:    We Dare to challenge the status quo, to innovate and to learn fast,    We Care for the environment, our customers and each other,    We Deliver by taking accountability for our decisions and actions.    Aliaxis is privately owned, with its global headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.         Job description     The   IP Formalities Officer   ensures the smooth operation of the Intellectual Property Department by providing   efficient administrative support across trademarks, designs, and patents:   Manage administrative tasks for new filings and renewals, including deadline tracking.   Maintain and update the specialized IP database.   Handle Powers of Attorney, legalizations, certificates, and official documents.   Receive,   check , and distribute invoices.   Support patent / trademark renewals and related budget projections.   Act as an administrative point of contact for external IP agents and internal business units, local and abroad.   The position is located at Aliaxis’ corporate headquarters in   Brussels   and   offers up to two days of remote work per week.   Requirements   We are looking for a team player who brings solid IP   administration/ paralegal experience , willing to work   across trademarks and patents within a global corporate environment :   Graduate degree, ideally with a specialization in Intellectual Property .   Relevant IP paralegal experience (at least 5   to10 years) .   Solid   knowledge of IP procedures across trademarks, designs, and patents, including the use of specialized IP databases and diligent deadline   tracking .    Fluent in English; any additional European language is an asset.    Service oriented team player with the ability to work independently .       Benefits        We offer a unique opportunity to join a Belgian global company with a very international & collaborative culture that is transforming dynamically and that is committed to its future growth, service excellence and employee engagement.
