Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Manufacturing de site, vous prendrez les rênes d’un portefeuille d’initiatives clés au cœur du plan de transformation stratégique. Description du poste Le poste est basé sur notre site de Cholet (49), en France. Une présence régulière sur le terrain est essentielle pour garantir la réussite des projets. Responsabilités clés Piloter et superviser les chefs de projet du stream « Équipement » (machines, moules, flux), en assurant l’alignement, la cohérence et la synergie avec les autres projets et streams. En tant que coordinateur(ice) de projet, le/la titulaire du poste intègre pleinement les exigences HSE et veille à leur application rigoureuse. Porter la responsabilité des résultats : atteindre les économies ciblées, garantir la bonne exécution des initiatives, suivre les KPI, identifier les écarts et mettre en œuvre — ou escalader — les actions correctives nécessaires. Contribuer activement au comité Master Plan et animer les sessions « Obeya room », véritables espaces de pilotage et de revue de performance des projets. Identifier les risques majeurs liés à la planification et à l’exécution, et construire des plans d’actions correctifs robustes pour les atténuer. Définir, suivre et optimiser l’enveloppe CAPEX allouée au stream, en garantissant une utilisation efficiente et alignée avec les priorités stratégiques. Accompagner et structurer le changement, avec l’appui des fonctions expertes, en intégrant les enjeux business, les parties prenantes et l’impact organisationnel global. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes, afin de sécuriser l’atteinte des objectifs et de fluidifier l’avancement des projets. Profil recherché Master en ingénierie ou en sciences, avec une solide base technique. 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en environnement industriel de production, incluant la gestion de projets CAPEX majeurs, idéalement dans un contexte dynamique et exigeant. Expérience significative dans des organisations complexes et internationales, avec de multiples parties prenantes. Maîtrise indispensable du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Expérience confirmée en management et en accompagnement du changement, dans le cadre de transformations structurantes. Certifications en gestion de projet et/ou Lean Manufacturing appréciées. Leadership affirmé, capacité à mobiliser, fédérer et influencer, avec une excellente gestion des parties prenantes. Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et de pilotage de la performance. Très bonne compréhension des processus industriels et des enjeux liés aux investissements CAPEX. Orientation résultats, sens aigu des priorités et culture de l’amélioration continue.
