The Business Intelligence Manager is a strategic leader responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive informed business decision-making. This role designs, develops, and leads the organization’s BI strategy, ensuring the effective integration, analysis, and visualization of data from multiple sources.  The position aims to empower business areas such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain through reports, dashboards, and analytical models that identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and potential risks. The role is also responsible for ensuring data quality, governance, and proper usage, aligning analytics initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.  The Business Intelligence Manager works cross-functionally with both technical and business teams, acting as a key partner to senior leadership in defining KPIs, performance measurement, and value creation through data.  RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Mexico City, Mexico . Role and Responsibilities:   Define and execute the Business Intelligence strategy aligned with business objectives.  Lead the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, executive reports, and analytical models.  Establish and monitor key KPIs across different business functions.  Ensure data quality, and consistency through strong governance and control practices.  Coordinate the integration of internal and external data sources  Translate business needs into clear, actionable analytical requirements.  Collaborate with Technology local and regional teams on data architecture, automation, and scalable BI solutions.  Present insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.  Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, or related areas. Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.  Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).  Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.  Strong ability to communicate complex insights in a clear, executive-level manner.  Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and highly analytical.  This position requires conducting business operations across the Latin America region.
