This role will be based out of our Fabrication site located in Mississauga, ON. Job Summary We’re looking for a Fiberglass Worker to join our Production team and play a key role in reinforcing and finishing fiberglass fittings used across our product lines. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in high‑quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a manufacturing environment. Your work directly supports the reliability, safety, and performance of our products—contributing to the broader success of our operations. Location :  6810 Invader Crescent, Mississauga, ON, L5T 2B6 Work Schedule :  12‑hour continental day shift (7:30am – 7:30pm, 7 shifts bi-weekly) What You’ll Do Finish fiberglass products and fittings within defined timelines. Reinforce fittings using cutting, resin application, and lay‑up techniques. Prepare surfaces through grinding and other finishing processes to ensure strong bonds. Paint fittings to match specified colors. Safely handle and work with chemicals such as resin, acetone, and other additives. Support cross-functional tasks including material handling or custom fabrication as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace. What You’ll Bring High school diploma (or equivalent). 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on environment is an asset. Experience in fiberglass manufacturing or working with composite materials. Knowledge of fiberglass processes and safe handling of related tools and materials. Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and ability to read and interpret basic drawings (e.g., dimensions, thickness). Competence in measuring, cutting, and operating powered equipment. Previous experience handling acetone, stypol, DDM, or similar chemicals. Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow safety procedures. Flexibility to work overtime or support other departments as needed. Why Join Us? Lifting, pulling, pushing heavy objects, standing and walking cover majority of work. Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat, dust, noise levels, chemical odors and the use of equipment such as sharp blades and presses. Moderate amount of sensory attention is required.
