About the role     As Sales Manager – Agriculture , you will lead and grow our agriculture segment by driving sustainable and profitable sales, developing a high-performing team, and building strong customer relationships. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape the future of our agricultural business. What will you do?    Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, analyse market trends, and identify opportunities to acquire new B2B customers while maintaining accurate prospect pipelines. Lead the Team: Recruit, coach, and inspire Territory Managers to achieve and exceed revenue targets, fostering a culture of accountability and recognition. Build Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term, mutually beneficial agreements. Champion Our Brand: Deliver compelling B2B marketing initiatives that reinforce our value proposition and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Achieve Results: Forecast sales, monitor performance, and adapt strategies to maintain competitive pricing, product mix, and profitability. Own the Process: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring customer needs are met and growth targets achieved. About you      Proven success in senior-level sales leadership, with 10+ years’ experience driving results. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of winning new business and expanding existing relationships. Exceptional commercial acumen, able to think strategically and act tactically to deliver maximum value. Experienced in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
