We offer: Responsibilities: Take ownership of Salesforce support items, providing second-level and advanced support for issues involving automation, integration with SAP and other systems, validation, configuration, and custom coding (APEX, Lightning Web Components). Act as a technical mentor for other members of the team, supporting onboarding and continuous skills development for junior colleagues. Collaborate with international business and IT partners, architects, and global team members to define and deliver scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions. Perform root cause analysis, identify trends, and implement process optimizations or technical improvements for recurring issues. Help design and maintain robust data models and oversee process documentation within the Salesforce landscape. Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and industry best practices, advocating for improvements to our global technology stack. Requirements: University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Digital Media, or comparable field. Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Architect) highly preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and developing in Salesforce, with proven skills in automation, validation, configuration, integration, and hands-on coding (APEX, Lightning Components). Strong mentoring, interpersonal, and communication abilities; experience in a multinational team is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong customer service mindset. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile project methods (Scrum) is beneficial. #LI-AM3
