Job Description Producers are responsible for ensuring that all software deliverables are identified and accounted for beginning at the project's inception with Software Design partners through to technical implementation. Responsibilities include: - Identifying and documenting software processes and program milestones - Define software program strategy and balance requirements from various stakeholders - Ability to lead strategic process and technical software discussions amongst collaborators and senior leadership - Align Software Design and technical execution teams, including cross-functional collaboration, to ensure alignment of goals and successful software implementation - Serve as a Software thought leader and subject-matter-expert on project execution effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in software program planning and processes
