Job Details: Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our growing Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize advanced BI solutions using Power BI to drive data-informed decisions across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly dashboards and reports, and play a key role in shaping our data visualization and reporting strategy. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy high-performance dashboards and reports in Power BI based on business requirements. Collaborate with business users to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M) for efficient reporting. Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SQL Server and APIs. Implement and manage row-level security, access controls, and workspace governance. Troubleshoot data issues, validate results, and ensure data accuracy and reliability. Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and standards in BI development. Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Power BI and related Microsoft technologies.   Qualifications: We are seeking someone with a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of total experience with experience in the following: 3+ years of experience in BI development with a focus on Power BI. Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large relational databases. Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with experience in dimensional modeling and star/snowflake schemas. Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources including cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred: Microsoft Power BI or Azure certifications (e.g., PL-300). Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or other data engineering tools. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Background in mentoring or leading BI projects or teams. Familiarity with enterprise data governance tools.
