 The Analyst for TKO Global Analytics & Insights will turn data into decisions across UFC, WWE, PBR, IMG, and On Location. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Analytics & Insights, this role serves stakeholders across the company—Sponsorships, Revenue Strategy, Content, Marketing, Live Events, Distribution, International, and Consumer Products—building a cross-company view of what drives audience, engagement, and revenue. You will ideate and help execute company self-service analytics dashboards that put trusted KPIs in the hands of teams across TKO. RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze performance of programs, live events, and talent across linear, streaming, digital, and social platforms. Translate complex findings into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations. Support Global Sponsorships and Revenue Strategy with opportunity sizing, valuation, and metrics that help win and grow brand partnerships. Design, build, and maintain self-service dashboards and scorecards to standardize KPIs and accelerate decision-making across TKO. Develop audience and market segmentations to identify growth opportunities and inform go-to-market. Provide social listening and measurement to capture conversation, sentiment, and campaign impact. Execute ad-hoc deep dives with speed and accuracy, and proactively surface insights that move the business. Lean in to support GA&I teammates on priority initiatives as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Education or experience in analytics, business, marketing, statistics, communications, or a related field. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to build clear slides and memos. Organized, collaborative, and effective in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Workspace equivalents). At least basic skills in SQL or Python to query, wrangle, and analyze data. Familiarity with a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) or eagerness to learn quickly. Ability to use data to build narratives that influence decision-makers. Passion for sports, entertainment, culture, and live events; strategic mindset and curiosity to learn. 

 Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings. 
 Hiring Rate Minimum: $56,250 annually(minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)
 Hiring Rate Maximum: $75,000 annually
