 Overview WWE Media is looking for a Mexico-based video editor to support WWE’s video output and strategy for Lucha Libre AAA social media platforms. This is a full-time role reporting to the market’s digital leader. Direct experience in high volume sports or entertainment digital video production and Spanish-English bilingual fluency is required.  Responsibilities Produce weekly short-form, vertical, and long-form digital videos for Lucha Libre AAA social accounts Support and develop new concepts for AAA’s video content Oversee subtitling and localization for a variety of weekly digital content including support for WWE Español channels Collaborate with WWE’s regional team and on-air talents on content strategy to support and continue AAA storylines, talent and brands  Ensure highest standard of quality for all video production and localization Qualifications 2+ years of experience working in a digital production environment with the ability to produce, shoot, and edit – sports, entertainment, or news industry experience is a plus  Fully bilingual – spoken and written – Spanish and English is required Knowledge about current WWE and AAA shows, products, talents, and storylines Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Avid or similar Animation, Design, Capcut and Photoshop skills are a huge plus Experience creating unique social formats across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok Deep experience with creator/influencer content, emerging formats, branded content, and social distribution  Experience in field production, managing a video/film shoot and producing/directing on-air talent Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willing and able to work weekends and unusual hours to ensure timely publishing Excellent internal and external communication skills with solid judgment and strong headline-writing skills Undergraduate degree in production, marketing, new media, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Spanish Resumen general WWE Media está buscando un editor de video con base en México para apoyar la producción y estrategia de video de WWE para las plataformas de redes sociales de Lucha Libre AAA. Se trata de un puesto de tiempo completo que reporta al líder digital del mercado. Se requiere experiencia directa en producción digital de video en alto volumen para deportes/entretenimiento, así como fluidez bilingüe en español e inglés. Responsabilidades Producir semanalmente videos digitales en formato corto, vertical y largo para las cuentas sociales de Lucha Libre AAA. Bilingüe – hablado y escrito – en español e inglés (requisito). Conocimiento sobre los programas, productos, talentos e historias actuales de WWE y AAA. Amplio dominio de Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Avid, o similares. Habilidades en animación, diseño, CapCut y Photoshop son una gran ventaja. Experiencia creando formatos únicos para redes sociales en YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok. Sólida experiencia con contenido de creadores/influencers, formatos emergentes, contenido de marca y distribución en redes sociales. Experiencia en producción en campo, manejo de rodajes de video/cine y dirección/producción de talentos en vivo. Capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno acelerado, con plazos ajustados y en constante cambio, manteniendo la organización y atención al detalle. Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación. Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y en horarios inusuales para garantizar publicaciones oportunas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interna y externa, con buen criterio y capacidad para redactar copies atractivos. Licenciatura en producción, marketing, comunicación o área relacionada; se puede considerar experiencia laboral equivalente en lugar del título.
