Job Title: Senior Analyst (CL9) Job Description As the Transformation Innovations Senior Analyst, you will lead strategic projects that enhance our operations through the effective use of process improvement initiatives, products or tools. You will play a key role in ensuring our teams leverage innovative solutions to drive excellence across the organization. Technical Resource: Serve as a technical resource across all five functions, providing expertise in data utilization and tool application. Power BI/Excel Reporting: Partner with the People Manager to prepare Power BI/Excel reports based on the provided data to summarize findings, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders. Develop Transformational Solutions: Collaborate with the Transformation Leader to lead analysis projects that generate actionable insights. Design and implement innovative solutions. Execution Management: Organize and communicate updates, plans, and progress for the initiatives you oversee, ensuring efficient execution. Communication: Maintain regular communication with regional and global teams to share updates and gather feedback, fostering collaboration. Process Improvement Initiatives: Work alongside the Transformation Leader on process improvement initiatives, identifying and enhancing existing tools that will help achieve with the program’s contractual target and operational goals. Data Insights: Monitor trends and perform comprehensive statistical analyses of performance data to derive meaningful insights that facilitate informed decision-making for stakeholders. Ad-hoc Request Management: Handle and prioritize ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders, coordinating responses to ensure timely deliverables. Tracking Projects/Initiatives: Assist the Transformation Leader in monitoring the status and progress of ongoing initiatives across functions and support teams. Help track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze outcomes, and assess cost savings related to these initiatives to ensure effective achievement of organizational goals. Researching Emerging Trends: Support the Transformation Leader in providing valuable market insights and updates to stakeholders, ensuring awareness of emerging trends and developments.
