We are looking for an experienced IT program manager to drive critical and visible IT projects across functions at the company. Our energetic team supports enterprise IT, Field IT, security and GRC platforms, contact center technologies, and multiple line of business IT and product teams. This PM needs to be fluent with Jira and SDLC concepts and able to work independently on complex technologies. Attention to detail, quick communication, and excellent calendar management are a must, along with strong documentation and written skills.    Job Responsibilities Project Leadership Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Infrastructure Implementation Manage infrastructure initiatives such as: Data center migrations Network infrastructure deployments Cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) Server virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) Storage and backup solutions Disaster recovery implementations Security infrastructure upgrades Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders including IT leadership, vendors, and business units. Provide clear communication regarding project status, risks, and milestones. Facilitate executive reporting and steering committee updates. ​ Risk and Issue Management Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage issue resolution and escalation processes. Vendor and Resource Coordination Coordinate internal teams including engineers, architects, and operations staff. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, integrators, and technology partners. Oversee procurement and deployment of infrastructure hardware and software. Financial Management Manage project budgets and track costs against approved funding. Prepare financial forecasts and cost analysis for infrastructure investments. ​ Documentation and Governance Maintain project documentation including project charters, schedules, risk logs, and status reports. Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid approaches). Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
