Role Overview: Talent Acquisition Director As a Talent Acquisition Director at Concentrix, you will play a key role in shaping our volume in the CEE region. This role involves designing recruitment plans that align with our goals and enhancing the candidate experience throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop recruiting strategies tailored for the CEE/Nordic market, aligned with Concentrix’s global objectives. Policy Development: Influence policies to enhance operational efficiency and align with both global and local business strategies. Efficient Recruitment Management: Lead a regional team to ensure candidate selection meets our high standards, maintaining our reputation. Data-Driven Insights: Use data and AI to analyze recruitment metrics, guiding regional decision-making. Diversity Recruitment: Boost our diversity strategy by building relationships with local recruitment partners. Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with local regulations and maintain accurate records. Brand Promotion: Act as a Concentrix ambassador, upholding our ethical standards and values. Your Profile: Regional Hiring Expertise: Strong experience in high volume /fast paced recruitment across various sectors in the CEE region. Strategic Planning: Proven track record in creating and executing recruitment plans aligned with our transformation vision. Leadership Collaboration: Ability to work with executive leadership and collaborate effectively within our innovative framework. Team Management: Experience in leading regional teams, fostering a culture aligned with our solutions. Legislative Knowledge: Familiarity with CEE employment legislation to enhance our operations. Technical Skills: Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret recruiting metrics to improve retention and quality of hire.
