What you will do in this role As a Customer Advisor, you will: Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally. Support customers in managing reservations, cancellations, and billing inquiries. Attract potential customers by answering questions about car rental bookings and their options, suggesting and providing additional information to meet customer needs. Gather information from new customers and enter it into the platform. Process and promptly respond to contact requests. Contribute to building engagement with our client’s brand.
