What you will do in this role  As a Customer Support, you will: Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries (non-voice - via chat and/or ticket) with accuracy Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues as needed Investigate and collect information to provide to customer Provide detailed and organised customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have an advanced level of Russian (written and oral) (C1) and a good level of English (B2) Understand of how social platforms function Have proved computer skills and diligent worker Have high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
