Project: Acceleration of platform alignment and deployment repeatability to support large, complex customer engagements and regulated environments, with an emphasis on improving release velocity, architectural consistency, and time-to-market. What You’ll Do Design and build scalable backend systems using Golang and Python . Lead the development of high-performance microservices and APIs. Drive architectural decisions and system evolution. Review code and mentor junior engineers. Optimize system reliability, latency, and throughput. Collaborate with product and platform teams on complex initiatives. Establish coding standards and best practices. Lead troubleshooting and performance tuning efforts. Must Have Advanced experience with Golang and/or Python . Strong background in distributed systems. Experience building production-grade APIs. Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong English communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with cloud-native architectures. Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker. Experience with event-driven systems. Familiarity with multiple database technologies. Experience with domain-driven design. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 5+ years of professional software development experience. Proven experience delivering large-scale systems. Experience mentoring engineers.
