Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures. Provide end-user support across our desktop, network, telephony, and application(s) environment. You will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair/replace/upgrade computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals. Additionally, you will serve as an escalation point ensuring tickets/incidents are resolved according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As part of our team, you will report to one of our Managers in IT Operations. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot local servers and network devices with the help of Network and Servers team remotely. Handle hardware tasks like replacing motherboards, RAM, laptop components, and configuring Avaya hard phones and video conferencing equipment. Address software issues, OS troubleshooting for Windows 10, MS Office, Outlook, Skype, VPNs, and more. Evaluate scenarios to capture and recommend process exception inputs. Troubleshoot high-impact issues, communicating real-time updates. Manage end-to-end IT Service Delivery, shift management and BCP testing. Ensure compliance with COPC, ISO 27001 standards. Manage IT ticket resolutions within an ITIL-based framework. Coordinate change requests and maintain required compliance checks. Perform installation of encryption software and policy validations. Rotational and night shifts required. Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided. Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports. Qualifications: Excellent service management skills with expertise in problem and incident management. Knowledge of network, server and voice infrastructure. Familiar with diagnostic tools like Ping & Traceroute and DN resolution troubleshooting. Experience with end-user computing, both hardware and software aspects. 0-6 months of experience supporting desktop/laptop hardware and software in a Windows-based PC/LAN environment. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science required. MCSE or similar certifications. Teamwork and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
