We’ll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you’ll need to succeed.     What you will do in this role      In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.     As a  Fraud Activity Agent  on our team, you will:     - Fraud Investigation & Verification   - Initiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and defined macros.  - Collect and meticulously verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud.    - Manage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.    - De-escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days, following established procedures.  Your qualifications     We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
