What you will do in this role As a Senior O2C Specialist, you will: Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. Prepare and Review AR aging reports, drive collection strategies, and reduce DSO. Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships, resolve escalated disputes, and negotiate payment terms. Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, accounting standards, IFRS and tax implications. Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives. Support month-end & quarter-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting to senior management. Train and mentor junior O2C specialists to build a strong team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Treasury, Tax). Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Are fluent in German (written and spoken at C2 level) And proficiency in English (written and spoken at C1 level) Have 5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role. Deep knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Have hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday). Have exposure to global business environments and multi-currency transactions. Have leadership and mentoring capabilities.
