Job Title: Contact Profiler - B2B ( Attaching CV is Mandatory ) Job Description Customer data profiler leveraging online sources and tools to collect updated customer records such as contact details, customer profile and eligibility to campaign. · Strong data and systems knowledge, research customers across multiple platforms and systems determining and completing the records as appropriate to ensure the customer information is correct. · Flags duplicates in Microsoft databases and lists, find the right contacts in Microsoft systems first, confirms the contact information through external sources such as LinkedIn, web search and others, brings in additional contacts following Microsoft Privacy and CELA rules. · Researches and updates: website information, industry information, number of employees, associated companies, address and phone numbers. · Understands Microsoft segmentation and account management in order to identify, provide the necessary proof and instructions to properly segment organizations. Knowledge of Government, not for profit, Education and commercial segmentation global and local rules. · Demonstrate strong data search techniques skills and advanced data manipulation.
