Aufgabengebiet: Telefonische Kundenbetreuung und Hilfe rund um den Empfang von Paketen Erläuterung von Sendungsstatus anhand internen Tracking Auskunft zu Lieferzeiten Umleitung von Verfügungen (Umleitung an einen Paketshop, Terminänderung) Aufnahme von Reklamationen zu beschädigten oder verloren Paketen Aufnahme von Beschwerden rund um die Zusteller und Zustellung Dokumentation der bearbeiteten Fälle Weitergabe von Fällen an die zuständigen Depots via Ticketsystem Schließung doppelter Tickets und vergangener Anfragen bei abschließender Bearbeitung Weiterleitung aller Anrufe von Versendern an die richtige Abteilung Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Bindung Profil: Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundensupport ist von Vorteil – auch ein Quereinstieg ist möglich Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude am Telefonieren Belastbarkeit und Gelassenheit auch in schwierigen Kundengesprächen Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe Teamfähigkeit Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen Was wir bieten: Moderne Arbeitsplatzausstattung Sichergestelltes Training für das selbstständige Arbeiten Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten – Karrierechancen Festgehalt 1700 BAM netto (inkl.
