Job Title: Specialist, facilities Job Description Concentrix is a technology-enabled global business services company specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance. Role and key responsibilities: Managing Correspondence : Handling emails and visitors efficiently. Day to Day Task function checks. Organizing Files and Records : Maintaining both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval. Documentation and Reporting : Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office. Client and Vendor Management : Acting as a liaison between departments and Internal & external stakeholders. Office Management : Ensuring the office is organized, all amenities are functioning, and equipment is in working order. Communication : Maintaining communication between employees and coordinating with suppliers. Mail approval/ BOQ etc. Coordination : Ensuring the functions of various teams are coordinated to ensure collective productivity. Administrative Support : Providing support in various tasks around the office and handling grievances and requests. Preparing budget/ Knowledge of EHS. Documentation and Recordkeeping : Maintaining necessary records and documents the organization needs. Inventory management : Asset & details records keeping with upkeep of premise. Rounds for all locations.
