Contribuer activement à promouvoir notre image de marque et à développer la satisfaction client. Gérer efficacement les réclamations. Être un ambassadeur de la satisfaction client ! Maîtrisent les outils digitaux et font preuve d'une curiosité naturelle pour adopter de nouvelles technologies. Une disponibilité du lundi au dimanche sur une amplitude horaire de 24h/24.
