What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Manage inbound calls, as well as real-time chat, email support, and social media, ensuring every interaction feels like a professional and friendly greeting.  Act as the primary liaison for members. You will provide information on programs, membership benefits, and assist with new member orientations.  Answer detailed questions regarding Motor Clothes, general merchandising, and parts and accessories (P&A).  Inform the community about upcoming rallies, local shop events, and social gatherings to drive engagement and ridership.  Assist in managing contacts from dealerships, providing support for "how-to" questions, and facilitating partnerships within the network.  Address customer complaints with empathy and a "Make Things Right" attitude to ensure continued brand loyalty.  Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of Dutch and fluent in English (B2) - Both languages written and oral Are genuinely passionate about motorcycles.  (Active riders and motorcycle enthusiasts are strongly preferred) Have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications) Are tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools Have the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
