Job Title: Representative, WFM Real Time Management - Unilingual Job Description - Distribución de horarios de agentes: asignar y ajustar los turnos de manera precisa y oportuna para garantizar la cobertura requerida. - Correcciones intradía: ingresar excepciones en el sistema relacionadas con ausencias, permisos o cambios de último minuto. - Monitoreo de volumen de llamadas: vigilar el tráfico entrante para detectar variaciones inusuales y ajustar la dotación de personal. - Detección y escalamiento de incidencias: reconocer problemas de programación o disponibilidad y escalar a niveles superiores cuando sea necesario. - Gestión de tickets de soporte: iniciar y coordinar tickets de problemas técnicos, asegurando su resolución oportuna. - Elaboración de reportes: preparar informes estándar y ad hoc sobre la efectividad de la disponibilidad de agentes. - Resolución de problemas de disponibilidad: intervenir cuando hay brechas en la cobertura, buscando soluciones rápidas para mantener el servicio.
