Als „Online Sports Support Consultant“ stehst du unseren Kund*innen über alle Kanäle hinweg – Telefon, Chat, E-Mail oder Social Media – mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Du sorgst dafür, dass keine Frage offenbleibt! Was erwartet dich bei uns? Support mit Stil:  Du beantwortest Fragen zu Konten, Zahlungen, Logins und vielem mehr. Dabei bist du immer freundlich, lösungsorientiert und professionell. Multichannel-Kommunikation: Du unterstützt unsere Kund*innen über verschiedene Plattformen – am Telefon, im Live-Chat, per E-Mail und sogar in den sozialen Medien Sport & Support: Du bist nicht nur Ansprechpartner, sondern auch Teil einer Community, die Sport und Technik miteinander verbindet. Das bringst du mit: Deutsch auf C2-Niveau – schriftlich und mündlich Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) Kommunikationstalent & Kundenorientierung Interesse an Sport – extra Punkte für Sportfans! Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice?
