Dédié à la gestion des paiements et du crédit management, Concentrix Payment Services accompagne ses clients internationaux depuis 1984. Dans un contexte international, au sein de l'équipe Gestion de créances qui vous formera et vous accompagnera sur nos outils et process, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) International en CDD dont les missions sont les suivantes : Effectuer les relances nécessaires selon les procédures Assurer la gestion administrative associée aux comptes clients Trouver des solutions adaptées de réglement en négociant avec les clients (selon profil) Relancer les plans de paiement Profil recherché Bon niveau en italien et/ou anglais requis (lu, écrit, parlé) Diplômé(e) d'une formation en Finance/Comptabilité/Commerce/Gestion ou équivalent Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel) et des outils informatiques requise Vous aimez les chiffres, vous avez de bonnes capacités relationnelles et vous aimez le travail en équipe rejoignez nous Informations liées au poste CDD temps plein d'une durée de 6 mois renouvelable Acquisition de RTT Basé à La Motte-Servolex (Savoie) dans de superbes locaux (Salle Zen, salle de pause avec table de ping-pong...)
