Job Title: Smart Home Project- Foreign Language Voice and Email Customer Service Job Description The Sr Advisor I, Technical Support provides the most advanced technical support to client customers. This position responds to escalated and unresolved calls from other technical support advisors. Job responsibilities and content description 1.Use German/French/Italian/Spanish,email/online/phone to communicate with customers; 2.
