Job Title: Ejecutivo de Televentas Job Description ¿Estás listo para cambiar las reglas del juego? ¿Tienes experiencia en ventas especialmente en el área de ferretería, servicio al cliente y call center? ¡Esta oportunidad es para ti! Descripción de puesto: Brindar la mejor experiencia al cliente en cada interacción del canal de servicio de ventas, a través de la correcta utilización de las herramientas de trabajo, aplicación de procesos y buenas prácticas de servicio, con el objetivo de garantizar una buena asesoría e incentivar a la compra del producto para alcanzar las metas de ventas establecidas por la cuenta. Responsabilidades principales: Asesorar a los clientes en cada interacción, promoviendo los servicios y productos para generar oportunidades de venta. Identificar las necesidades de los clientes para brindar alternativas de producto o servicio, con el fin de lograr el cumplimiento de ventas establecido. Realizar la confirmación de la cotización y cambios solicitados con el cliente, para asegurar la resolución de las inquietudes y el cumplimiento de los procesos y políticas establecidos por la cuenta.
