Join a team that is highly motivated and brings together local expertise with the global knowledge and values of the Plansee Group.     Als onderdeel van een sterk bestaand verkoopteam in het veld zal deze functie zich richten op verkoop en technische ondersteuning aan een bestaande klantenportefeuille, evenals op de ontwikkeling en uitbreiding van nieuwe activiteiten en omzet in de regio Noord/Zuidholland en Utrecht. Verantwoordelijkheden: Succesvol signaleren van klantbehoeften om de juiste gereedschappen en oplossingen te verkopen. Het onderhouden van bestaande klantrelaties in het verkoopgebied en gerichte acquisitie om het klantenbestand uit te bouwen. Plannen en uitvoeren van reguliere klantbezoeken in het verkoopgebied. Technisch advies en klantenondersteuning. Het presenteren en demonsteren van nieuwe gereedschappen. Bewaken van het verkoopproces, van offerte tot en met het afronden van de bestelling. Signaleren van trends in de markt en bij de concurrentie met betrekking tot assortiment en prijsstelling. Professioneel presenteren van het bedrijf en het productportfolio. Kwalificaties: Ervaring in CNC verspanen / metaalbewerking is essentieel. Hoge mate van vasthoudendheid, gedrevenheid en motivatie. Vermogen en vertrouwen om autonoom te werken. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgericht. U bent flexibel om te voldoen aan de behoeften van klanten en bedrijven. Kennis van de Engelse taal in woord en schrift, Duits is een pre.
