Drive the global business segment strategy within the assigned application group and conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses Execute strategic product management activities, including portfolio assessments and deriving production, development, and quality requirements Advance the product portfolio by initiating improvements and developing new solutions in close collaboration with customers/OEMs and R&D Prepare and negotiate customer‑related topics such as pricing, contracts, and non‑disclosure agreements in alignment with the business segment manager, legal department, sales offices, and other internal stakeholders Coordinate technical consultation and support across the entire value chain to address customer‑specific challenges Your profile: Master’s degree in business or engineering, combined with extensive experience in an international industrial environment, ideally in sales and/or product management Strong intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working within a global team Clear customer and business orientation Open, positive, and confident communicator Fluent business English skills Strong benefits: Responsible work, a dynamic team and an excellent working atmosphere A secure job in an internationally active company Intensive initial training and ongoing development A varied educational program, even including sporting activities Company pension scheme and other employee benefits Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (G) is € 60.962,30 - gross per year, paid over 14 installments.
