A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes : Piloter l’activité du pôle usinage  en définissant les programmes de fabrication (création et optimisation des programmes existants) et en ajustant le planning de production selon les priorités Réaliser les pièces conformément aux dossiers techniques Participer à la maintenance de premier niveau et à l’amélioration continue du département : Votre profil : De formation Bac Pro usinage, productique, mécanique industrielle, Vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle minimum de 3 ans Vous avez une bonne capacité d’analyse et êtes rompu à la lecture de plans Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et faite preuve d’une habileté manuelle reconnue Vous maîtrisez le langage ISO (la connaissance du langage conversationnel serait un +) Vous êtes organisé(e) et force de proposition tant sur l’évolution du process que de l’amélioration continue Notre offre : Une réelle opportunité de développement au sein d’une société à taille humaine (65 collègues) faisant partie d’un groupe de dimension internationale Un parcours d’intégration et de développement structuré Des conditions de travail attractives : un poste en horaire de 2x8, une mutuelle 100% prise en charge par l’entreprise, des paniers repas, une prime d’équipe et un treizième mois, une participation aux bénéfices de l’entreprise Si vous êtes convaincu(e) que l’engagement et l’esprit d’équipe font la différence, c’est vous que nous aimerions rencontrer !
