Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Reutte, Österreich mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet.      Ihre Aufgaben: Rüsten und Bedienen von Produktionsmaschinen zur Schneidkanten- und Oberflächenbearbeitung von Wendeschneidplatten Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfung, Protokollierung und Rückmeldung an das Team Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen  Flexible Mitarbeit bei sonstigen in der Abteilung anfallenden Tätigkeiten Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene Lehre in einem technischen oder handwerklichen Beruf oder Quereinsteiger:in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Metallverarbeitung oder Handwerk Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Produktionsmaschinen und Messmitteln wünschenswert Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht-Arbeit und gelegentlichen Überstunden Präzise, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit Starke Vorteile: Spannende Aufgaben, ein dynamisches Team und ein sehr gutes Betriebsklima Geregelte Arbeitszeiten und ein freies Wochenende - mehr Zeit für Familie und Freunde Täglich frische und kostengünstige Verpflegung im Betriebsrestaurant, Foodtruck und Kulinario Verschiedene Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und Mitarbeiterschulungen, bis hin zu zahlreichen Sportangeboten über das gesamte Jahr Einen attraktiven und sicheren Arbeitsplatz in einem international agierenden Unternehmen   Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis in Österreich: Mindestentgelt lt. Kollektivvertrag Metall (C) € 37.780,26 brutto / p.a. bei 14 Bezügen. Das tatsächlich höhere Angebot berücksichtigt Marktpreise, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Diese Position wird im Rahmen einer Zusammenarbeit mit unserem  Randstad Inhouse Service  besetzt. Es gelten dieselben Vergütungen, Zulagen und Benefits für alle Mitarbeitenden der Plansee Group am Standort Reutte, Breitenwang.
