Arbeitsort: Frankfurt Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche) Anstellungsart: Unbefristet Das erwartet dich bei uns Als Principal Consultant übernimmst du eine der technisch führenden Rollen in unserem Team. Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische, fachliche und kommerzielle Steuerung anspruchsvoller Boden- und Grundwassersanierungsprojekte – von der konzeptionellen Planung bis zur finalen Umsetzung. Leitung großskaliger und technisch komplexer Erkundungs- und Sanierungsprojekte , inklusive Konzeption, Modellierung, Machbarkeitsstudien und Entwicklung fortgeschrittener Sanierungstechnologien. Funktion als fachliche Autorität gegenüber Projektteams, Kund*innen und Behörden. Du entwickelst innovative, wirtschaftliche und regelkonforme Sanierungsstrategien , die auf standortspezifischen Bedingungen basieren. Repräsentation gegenüber Aufsichtsbehörden auf Senior Level , sichere Navigation durch komplexe gesetzliche Rahmenwerke sowie verantwortliche Begleitung von Genehmigungs- und Abstimmungsprozessen. Volle Verantwortung für Budget, Termine, Qualität und Risikomanagement , inklusive Change-Management, Ressourcenplanung sowie Einhaltung aller relevanten deutschen und europäischen Umweltregelwerke (z. B. BBodSchG, BBodSchV). Strategische Geschäftsentwicklung , Identifikation neuer Projektmöglichkeiten, Erstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Angebote sowie Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen. Fachliche Führung und Mentoring , inklusive Weiterentwicklung von Berater innen und Projektmanager innen; bei Interesse Übernahme formaler Führungsverantwortung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team Lead. Was dich besonders macht Ein Masterabschluss oder höher in Geologie, Hydrogeologie, Geoökologie, Umwelt- oder Geowissenschaften, Bau- oder Umweltingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. 10+ Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Untersuchung, Bewertung und Sanierung kontaminierter Standorte – idealerweise mit nachweisbarer Führung komplexer, multidisziplinärer Projekte. Tiefgreifende technische Expertise in Boden- und Grundwassersanierung, Standortmodellierung, Risikobewertung und Entwicklung von Sanierungskonzepten. Umfassende Erfahrung in der Planung und Überwachung von Feldeinsätzen , einschließlich Probenahmen von Boden, Bodenluft und Grundwasser, Koordination von Subunternehmern, Erstellung von Analyseplänen sowie fundierter Bewertung von Untersuchungsergebnissen. Exzellente Kenntnisse der deutschen Umweltgesetzgebung , insbesondere im Bereich Altlastenrecht, technische Regeln und länderspezifische Vorgaben sowie die praktische Anwendung in Genehmigungsprozessen. Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis , Erfahrung in Angebotslegung, Budgetierung, Ressourcensteuerung und Projekt-P&L-Verantwortung.
