Key Responsibilities Integrate data from laboratory, field, and historical sources into ERM databases and other data systems. Perform data transfer and conversion tasks, including PDF → Excel, CSV imports, formatting, and structuring datasets. Develop automation workflows by using AI- based tools to reduce repetitive manual processes. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards that support project insights, performance tracking, and client-facing reporting. Collaborate with project teams to plan sampling campaigns, manage deliverable schedules, and provide query/reporting support. Develop reporting dashboards and data visualizations for a wide variety of environmental projects. Coordinate with ERM and client-contracted laboratories to ensure data quality and reporting objectives are met. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, ERM colleagues, and subcontractors. Perform and manage multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule expectations while ensuring quality standards. Requirements BS/BA degree in environmental science, data management, analytics, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management with strong analytical and database skills. Skilled in Advanced Excel & Power BI. Experience using AI tools for process automation, document extraction, or workflow improvement. Ability to analyse data for logic, consistency, and quality throughout all stages of the project. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage workload independently and adapt to changing deadlines. Comfortable working in a computer-based, desk-oriented environment. Fluent English communication—both written and verbal.
