Ihre Rolle Innovative Technologien:  Sie entwickeln und optimieren holografisch optische Systeme für die industrielle Fertigung. Softwareentwicklung:  Sie erstellen Applikationssoftware für mikrooptische Fertigungssysteme und führen technische Anforderungsanalysen durch. Qualitätssicherung:  Sie dokumentieren den Software-Entwicklungsprozess, führen Reviews, Unit-Tests und Debugging durch. Prozessunterstützung:  Sie begleiten die Softwareeinführung in produktionsrelevante Bereiche und steuern alle Phasen des Software-Lebenszyklus. Agiles Arbeiten:  Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich in agilen, interdisziplinären Teams und bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung ein. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Mathematik, Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften (MSc, Diplom, FH oder Uni). Fundierte Kenntnisse in UML, objektorientiertem Design sowie in Python, SQL und Git. Kenntnisse in C++, C# und Bildverarbeitung sind von Vorteil. Sie sind bereit, kundenspezifische Technologien zu entwickeln und bringen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe technische Sachverhalte mit. Sie kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und Englisch und arbeiten strukturiert und proaktiv. Teamfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit, Selbstorganisation und Belastbarkeit in projektkritischen Situationen runden Ihr Profil ab.
