We are looking for a new colleague for their Customer Care Team in Bulgaria-a coordinating hub for other regional markets in Southeast Europe. As Sales & Service Operations Coordinator, you ... Manage the complete customer journey (leads, opportunities, quotations); monitor daily tenders and prepare technical and financial offers. Centralize customer needs for maintenance, repairs, and installations; process and post Service Contracts and Extended Warranties in CRM. Process orders for spare parts, handle invoicing (including e-Invoices), coordinate logistics, and manage the dunning process. Assist the Managing Director; maintain office supplies; support marketing campaigns, fairs, and exhibitions. Frequent exchange with ZEISS offices in Southeast Europe to coordinate regional activities. You´ve come to the right place in our team if you have ... High school degree or higher, preferably with an economic background. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in order administration and logistics, ideally in an international environment. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred); experience with CRM (Salesforce). Bulgarian and proficient English (written and spoken).
