Carl Zeiss CMP GmbH gehört zum globalen ZEISS Fertigungsnetzwerk und bietet Leistungen rund um die Entwicklung und Produktion von optomechanischen und optoelektronischen Modulen Komponenten. Die zentrale Kernkompetenz liegt in der Herstellung hochkorrigierter sphärischer Optiksysteme, die insbesondere in leistungsstarken Objektiven der Mikroskopie eingesetzt werden.  Ihre Rolle Als NC Programmierer/in gestalten Sie den optimalen Bearbeitungsablauf für komplexe Werkstücke mit herausfordernden Geometrien und erstellen die erforderlichen NC-Programme. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen: Ermittlung von Geometriedaten (Abmessungen, Umrisse, Bohrbilder etc.) für komplexe Werkstücke anhand von Zeichnungen, Abgleich mit Vorrichtungsdaten und Verbindung mit Technologiedaten (z. B. Vorschub, Drehzahl, Schnittgeschwindigkeit). Formulierung des Bearbeitungsablaufs unter Berücksichtigung konstruktiver und fertigungstechnischer Zusammenhänge als strukturierten Text oder mit Programmierhilfen, Durchführung von Zwischentests und Kollisionsbetrachtungen, sowie ggf. Korrektur der Programme. Erstellung von Arbeitsunterlagen (z.B. Aufspannskizzen, Werkzeuglisten, Einstellpläne). Festlegung von Bearbeitungswerkzeugen und Bearbeitungsfolgen, Planung von Sonderwerkzeugen bei Bedarf. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene, fachbezogene Berufsausbildung und eine zusätzliche berufliche Weiterbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung. Fundierte Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit CAD-/CAM-Systemen (Creo, TopSolid, NC-Simulation). Gute MS-Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Ein hohes Maß an Team-, Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeit. Hervorragendes technisches Verständnis und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten schriftlich und mündlich in deutscher Sprache. Befristete Stelle: die Stelle wird im Rahmen einer Projektarbeit auf ca. 12 Monate besetzt.
