So sammelst Du wertvolle Erfahrungen, baust Dein Netzwerk auf und entwickelst Dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiter.  Deine Rolle Unterstützung bei der Planung und Optimierung unserer Fertigungs- und Logistikprozesse sowie fertigungsnaher administrativer Prozesse Entwicklung von Montage- und Logistikkonzepten für unseren neuen Fertigungsstandort gemeinsam mit Experten Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie aktive Teilnahme am LEAN-Workshop Mitgestaltung bei der digitalen Transformation unserer Tools und Methoden Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Prozessanalysen (z.B. Wertstromanalysen/ -design) Planung der Integration neuer Produkte oder neuer Varianten in unsere Wertströme sowie Gestaltung der zugehörigen Logistik- und Versorgungskonzepte Kennenlernen und Anwenden der Lean-Prinzipien, - Methoden und -Werkzeuge Dein Profil Laufendes Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium im Bereich Logistik, Produktion, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Produktion oder Logistik sowie Grundlagenkenntnisse der LEAN-Prinzipien und -Methoden Interesse am Thema Digitale Transformation Eine strukturierte und zuverlässige, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft kleinere Projekte selbst zu übernehmen und voranzutreiben Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation im Team Gute MS Office Kenntnisse Für das Praktikum ist eine Dauer von mindestens fünf Monaten vorgesehen.
