Expérience de travail en toxicomanie/santé mentale souhaitable Aptitude pour les communications orales et écrites Capacité à gérer une crise Connaissance de base des logiciels « Word » et « Excel.                            Supérieur hiérarchique : Directeur des programmes Responsabilités relatives au service : Impliquer, appuyer et encadrer les hommes dans les démarches ou activités proposés au plan d’intervention Accompagner les clients dans leurs activités thérapeutiques et leur offrir l’encadrement dont ils ont besoin au sein du programme. Participer à la planification et au soutien des programmes de réadaptation à l’intention des clients dans le cadre des activités thérapeutiques Voit au bien-être et à la cohabitation pacifique des résidents Répondre au téléphone, fournir des renseignements et orienter les gens vers les ressources appropriées. Veiller à la sécurité de l’édifice en limitant l’accès aux aires désignées et aux heures désignées. Faire appel aux autorités appropriées en cas d’urgence, et aider les bénéficiaires dans ces situations. Effectuer un suivi relatif à l’occupation des chambres (bed list, nouveaux arrivants) Rédiger des rapports, des comptes rendus d’incidents et un rapport quotidien, selon les besoins. Être disposer et disponible en tout temps à répondre aux demandes d’assistance et seconder lors de situation d’urgence les préposés à l’accueil. Remplacer le préposé au bureau de réception du rez-de-chaussée pendant ses pauses. Effectuer toute autre tâche demandée. Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $22.82 to $22.82 with a maximum of $22.82. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
