Als Technischer Redakteur und UX Writer für Metrology Software (m/w/x) verantworten Sie die nutzerzentrierte Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Software-Dokumentation und UX-Texten für unsere Metrology Software in einem internationalen, agilen Umfeld. Ihre Rolle Erstellung und Pflege von Direkthilfen sowie UX-Texten für unsere Metrology Software auf Deutsch und Englisch Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Dokumentationen entlang des Release-Zyklus Erstellung von zielgruppengerechtem Text-, Bild- und Videomaterial Enge Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Entwicklungsteams Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Redaktionsprozessen, inklusive KI-gestützter Tools Abstimmung mit internationalen ZEISS-Standorten zur Lokalisierung von Software und Dokumentation Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technische Kommunikation oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Softwaredokumentation, idealerweise mit XML-basierten Redaktionssystemen Grundverständnis für Messtechnik oder die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in komplexe technische Domänen einzuarbeiten Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte strukturiert, verständlich und nutzerzentriert aufzubereiten Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und setzen Sie neue Maßstäbe in der industriellen Messtechnik!
