Der Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager unterstützt im Rahmen der globalen Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategie die Kreation und Aktivierung/Ausspielung von (digitalen) Kampagnen. Der Fokus der Position liegt auf der Nutzung digitaler Plattformen und Touchpoints entlang der Customer Journey zur Generierung qualifizierter Leads und Opportunities. Ihre Rolle Planung und Umsetzung (digitaler) Marketingkampagnen und -projekte Optimierung digitaler Touchpoints mit Fokus auf Conversion und Lead-Generierung Analyse von KPIs und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen Erstellung und Steuerung digitaler Inhalte sowie Verantwortung für relevante Kanäle (SEA, Social Media, Email, Web) Ihr Profil Bachelor-Abschluss in den Bereichen Marketing, digitale Medien, Kommunikation oder BWL, alternativ Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung (Online-Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, digitale Medien) nachweisliche Erfahrung im digitalen Performance Marketing (paid, nicht organic) Erfahrung in Redaktionsplanung, Erstellung digitaler Inhalte, Veröffentlichung, Community-Management Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Tools zur Messung der Leistung von digitalen Marketinginitiativen, z.B. PowerBI, Mixpanel, etc. sowie mit Tools zur Erstellung von Inhalten (z. B.
