Ihre Rolle Verantwortung für das Key Account Management innerhalb der ZEISS SBUs & SSCs sowie Akquisition und Steuerung komplexer Kundenprojekte Analyse, Konkretisierung und Abstimmung von Pflichtenheften inklusive technischer, wirtschaftlicher und zeitlicher Machbarkeitsprüfung Koordination interner und externer Schnittstellen (IT, Recht, Einkauf, Partnerunternehmen) zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Projektabläufe Vertrags- und Angebotsmanagement : Prüfung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Risiken, Definition von Lieferumfängen, Zielkosten und -terminen Projektplanung und -steuerung inkl. Strukturaufbau, Terminplanung, Meilenstein-Controlling und Reporting zur Sicherstellung von Time/Quality/Budget Führung und Einsatzplanung von Projektteams unter Berücksichtigung von Qualifikation und Eignung Nachbetreuung abgeschlossener Projekte im Sinne eines 2nd-Level-Supports und kontinuierlicher Prozessoptimierung Mitwirkung an IT-Architekturen und E2E-Prozessen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit strategischen Logistik- und IT-Partnern und Fachbereichen zu steuerlichen und zollrechtlichen Themen Die Rolle umfasst die strategische Betreuung und Akquisition von Kundenprojekten innerhalb der ZEISS SBUs & SSCs sowie die ganzheitliche Steuerung komplexer IT- und Logistikprojekte von der Pflichtenheft-Analyse bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Dabei liegt der Fokus auf der koordinierten Zusammenarbeit interner und externer Partner , dem Vertrags- und Angebotsmanagement sowie der Einhaltung von Zeit-, Qualitäts- und Budgetzielen. Zusätzlich verantwortet die Position die Weiterentwicklung von IT-Architekturen und E2E-Prozessen sowie die Nachbetreuung abgeschlossener Projekte im Sinne nachhaltiger Prozessoptimierung. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen , der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren internationalen Studiengang Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im internationalen Supply-Chain-Management eines Industrieunternehmens Fundierte IT- und Prozesskenntnisse sowie SAP-Zertifizierungen in relevanten SCM-Modulen Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer, internationaler Projekte und im professionellen Projektmanagement Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Verhandlungskompetenz auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen Interkulturelle Kompetenz und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern Erfahrung im Lean Management und in der Prozessoptimierung Hohe Eigenmotivation , analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Sandra Köhler
