Ihre Rolle In der Business Unit der ZEISS Semiconductor Mask Solutions übernehmen Sie die Governance für alle Entwicklungsprojekte und Technologiestudien in der Abteilung Software EUV Metrology. Dies umfasst: Führung und Management:  Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung des R&D-Teams Software EUV Metrology, aktives Schnittstellenmanagement und Festlegung interner Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen der Mitarbeitenden, standortübergreifend in Jena und Oberkochen Entwicklung und Implementierung:  Entwicklung komplexer Messsysteme zur Prüfung von Photomasken, Sicherstellung der Prozesskonformität und Dokumentation aller Entwicklungstätigkeiten Strategische Planung:  Gestaltung und Vorantreiben der funktionalen Roadmap, regelmäßige Prüfung von KPIs zur Entwicklung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und bedarfsgerechte Kosten- und Ressourcenplanung Ihr Profil abgeschlossenes Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen oder ingenieurtechnischen Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Informatik fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Führung komplexer Projekte, idealerweise in der Halbleiterindustrie nachweisliche Führungserfahrung eines größeren Teams (> 8 Mitarbeiter) Kenntnisse im agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement sowie Erfahrung in prozessgesteuerten Unternehmen und KPI-Management sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Janina Kalmbach
