Ihre Rolle Eigenverantwortliche Initiierung und Umsetzung von Data-Science-Projekten, z. B. Mustererkennung und Predictive Analytics Entwicklung und Implementierung moderner BI-Tools, Planungslösungen sowie Automatisierung von Prozessen Entwicklung und Einführung von KI-Systemen (z.B. Chat Robots, Agentensysteme) Weiterentwicklung des Data-Warehouse-Systems (Architektur, Datenmodelle, Integrationsprozesse) im Bereich Finance & Controlling Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Power-BI-Berichte Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in analytische Modelle sowie Interpretation der Ergebnisse für die Fachbereiche Konzeption und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Data Science und Wirtschaft 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Data Science/Machine Learning sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in R und/oder Python Fundierte SQL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken Gute SAP-Kenntnisse (FI/CO/MM/SD) und Verständnis der Datenstrukturen Idealerweise Erfahrung in Finance & Controlling oder Business Intelligence in einem produzierenden Unternehmen Idealerweise signifikante Erfahrungen im Microsoftumfeld: Power BI/Fabric/Azure Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen zur Optimierung komplexer Prozesse Hohe Eigeninitiative, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine sehr gute fachübergreifende Denkweise Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Ramona Schweizer
