Als Project Manager Business Excellence gestalten Sie global die strategische Weiterentwicklung, Harmonisierung und Digitalisierung der Geschäftsprozesse im Segment IQR. Sie treiben aktiv die Transformation hin zu einer agilen, effizienten und zukunftsorientierten Organisation und fördern standortübergreifend eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung. Im Austausch mit angrenzenden Bereichen integrieren Sie Best Practices, stimmen Projektfortschritte eng mit Ihrer Führungskraft ab und berichten Ihre Ergebnisse an das Management. Ihre Rolle Verantwortung für globale Projekte wie Digitalisierung und Automatisierung im Einklang mit Konzernvorgaben; Identifikation und Realisierung von Optimierungspotenzialen; Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Prozessen; effizientes Projektmanagement zur erfolgreichen Unternehmensintegration nach M&A. Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern; Umsetzung von Kommunikations- und Change-Management-Strategien für Transformationsprojekte; Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Business Cases gegenüber Entscheidungsträgern. Einführung und Skalierung von Best Practices sowie Lean- und agilen Methoden; Förderung von Wissensaustausch und Vernetzung innerhalb der Organisation. Sicherstellung des turnusmäßigen Berichtswesens, Analyse und Eskalation von Abweichungen, Entwicklung von Gegenmaßnahmen. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Finanzwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten im Umfeld Business Excellence, Prozessverbesserung oder vergleichbaren leistungsorientierten Initiativen; Erfahrung mit SAP-ERP-Transformationen ist von Vorteil Ausgeprägte analytische, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere im Change Management Hohes Verständnis für Veränderungsprozesse sowie die Fähigkeit, strategische Vorhaben nachhaltig voranzutreiben Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Werden Sie Teil unseres visionären Teams und tragen Sie dazu bei neue Standards bei ZEISS zu setzen!
