In der Rolle Expert Foreign Trade – Projects & Processes gestalten Sie aktiv die globalen Außenhandelsprozesse von ZEISS. Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen außenhandelsrechtlichen Anforderungen, Business-Bedürfnissen, Kundeninteressen und der IT-technischen Umsetzung. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit lokalen und internationalen Fach- und IT-Abteilungen zusammen und treiben zukunftsweisende Lösungen voran. Ihre Rolle Strategische Konzeption, Implementierung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung globaler Exportkontroll-, Zoll- und Monitoringprozesse aus einer ganzheitlichen End-to-End -Perspektive Fachliche Begleitung konzernweiter Projekte sowie Unterstützung neuer Geschäftsmodelle, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die organisatorische und prozessuale Sicherstellung der Foreign Trade Compliance Analyse bestehender Prozesse und aktive Mitgestaltung innovativer Geschäftsprozesse unter Einsatz zentraler IT-Systeme Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen zu bestehenden, optimierten sowie neuen Prozessen und Softwarelösungen Fachliche Unterstützung und Betreuung von Key Usern und Endanwendern im Bereich Exportkontrolle und Zoll Erstellung verbindlicher Verfahrensrichtlinien für alle ZEISS-Gesellschaften weltweit unter Berücksichtigung aktueller außenhandelsrechtlicher Vorgaben Dokumentation, Koordination und Steuerung Trade-Compliance-relevanter Prozesse Auswertung von Prozess- und Stammdaten zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Umsetzung entsprechender interner Verbesserungsprojekte Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften (z. B. Zoll- oder Wirtschaftsrecht) oder der Ingenieurwissenschaften Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in einem global tätigen Unternehmen, im gehobenen Dienst der Zollverwaltung oder bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden sowie in der Leitung von Projekten und/oder behördlichen Prüfungen Sehr gutes Verständnis von Gesetzgebungs-, Genehmigungs- und verwaltungsrechtlichen Verfahren Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Kontext von Foreign-Trade- oder Compliance-Projekten Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Belastbarkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie SAP Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Franziska Bäuerle
