Main tasks（主要任务） 物流成本分析与优化 基于ERP、TMS、WMS等系统数据，建立多维度（运输、仓储、库存、包装）成本分析模型，识别浪费环节并提出降本方案； 运用ABC分析法、运筹学模型（如路径优化算法）等工具，推动运输效率提升及仓储资源利用率优化。 预算编制与执行监控 主导年度/季度物流成本预算制定，细化分解至区域、运输方式及业务线，监控执行偏差并制定纠偏措施； 建立动态成本预警机制，应对油价波动、政策变化等外部风险。 流程优化与技术应用 推动精益物流项目（如交叉转运、自动化分拣），协调IT部门落地数字化工具（IoT、AI预测、区块链）； 设计标准化操作流程（SOP），降低人为操作导致的成本损耗（如货损、重复搬运）。 合规与风险管理 确保物流操作符合环保、税务及行业法规，规避违规成本； 制定应急预案（如突发疫情、自然灾害），控制应急物流成本。 跨部门协作与战略支持 参与供应链网络规划（如配送中心选址），评估自营物流与外包成本效益； 协同销售、采购部门平衡服务标准与成本目标（如配送时效、订单拆单规则） Education / 教育背景 大学本科（985/211），物流管理、供应链管理、工业工程、财务等相关专业优先； Experience / 經驗 5年以上物流/供应链成本管控经验，熟悉运输、仓储、库存管理全链路； 具备大型制造业、电商或3PL企业背景者优先； Other skills / 其他技能 英语流利 精通数据分析工具（Excel高级函数、SQL、Power BI/Tableau） 熟悉TMS/WMS/ERP系统逻辑，具备成本建模能力 掌握物流优化工具（如Flexsim、AnyLogic）者优先 出色的跨部门沟通与谈判能力 系统性思维，能平衡短期降本与长期战略目标； 对成本敏感，具备强烈的目标导向和结果驱动意识； 能适应快节奏工作，具备抗压能力。 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
